The purpose and the scope of this Statement.
Transparitrade has developed this Statement to describe what types of information may be collected from users of the Sites and the purposes for which Transparitrade may collect, share or disclose this information. This Statement also outlines certain precautions which are taken to keep your data secure.
This Statement applies to any information obtained by Transparitrade through your use of the Sites. It does not apply to any Internet websites controlled by third parties not affiliated with Transparitrade that the Sites may link to ("third-party websites"). Please review the privacy statements of third-party websites as Transparitrade is not responsible for and has no influence on the content or the privacy practices of third-party websites.
The terms of this Statement are subject to any additional terms of disclaimers or other contractual terms you have entered into with Transparitrade such as a User Agreement, client privacy statements or notices, and any applicable mandatory laws and regulations.
Personal Information that is collected.
“Personal information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. We collect Personal Information which you provide through the Sites, for example when you enter personal details (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, phone/fax number) on a registration page or when using the Sites.
How Transparitrade will use your Personal Information
Transparitrade will use your Personal Information:
- for the purposes of technical administration and research & development of the Sites,
- for customer and user administration and marketing,
- to inform you about our services,
- for business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products, improving or modifying our Sites, identifying usage trends, and operating and expanding business activities, and
- for such purposes as otherwise specified.
How and why Transparitrade collects and stores other information from you.
Our Sites also may collect information that does not reveal your specific identity or directly relate to an identifiable individual (“Other Information”). For example, when a user visits the Sites, our web server automatically records details about the visit (for example, the IP address of the computer used to access the Site, the web site from which the user visits us, the type of browser software used, and the Sites pages that the user visits, including the date and the duration of visit). “Other Information” also includes demographic or other information that does not reveal an individual’s specific identity, or that has been aggregated in a manner that it no longer reveals an individual’s specific identity. We may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, consistent with applicable law.
These technologies help us manage and improve the usability of the Sites, for example by detecting whether there has been any contact between your computer and us in the past and to identify the most popular sections of the Sites.
Cookies: A cookie is a piece of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer as a tag that identifies your computer. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Site, pages visited, and other traffic data. We use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, and to personalize your experience.

Pixel tags: We may use pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Sites and email recipients, measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about Site usage and response rates.
Your information may be shared with others.
Transparitrade may disclose your information to its affiliates and its and their agents and third-party providers inside or outside your country of residence to perform services for Transparitrade and for the purposes stated above. Our affiliates, agents and third-party providers who, acting on our behalf, have access to Personal Information obtained through the Sites are required to keep your Personal Information confidential.
Transparitrade may share non-public personal information about you to non-aﬃliated third parties who Transparitrade utilizes in connection with the servicing or processing of services requested by you.
We may also use and disclose your information to governmental agencies or entities (such as the Internal Revenue Service), regulatory authorities (such as FINRA), or other persons in accordance with any applicable law, regulations, court order or official request, or under any and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities, or similar processes as either required or permitted by applicable law, including to enforce our terms and conditions and other rights. We may also use, disclose or transfer your information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
Transparitrade implements reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help us protect Personal Information collected by Transparitrade via the Sites against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure or destruction. Access to your non-public personal information is limited to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to you.
Although Transparitrade has taken reasonable measures to create a secure and reliable website for its users, no data transmission system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, you should consider carefully if you want to submit sensitive information that you would not want disclosed and should recognize that you use of the Internet and our website is solely at your own risk.

If you would like to update Personal Information you have provided to us, you may update this information in your account on the Site if you are a registered user or may contact us in accordance with the “Contact” section below.
